Sylvia Leto, aged 40, is the Co-Founder and Chief of the Innovation Lab at Plushie Planet. She holds a dual PhD — in Engineering from Télécom Paris and in Cognitive Science from Sorbonne University.

In 2022, inspired by the vision of Mongrain Claude, she joined Plushie Planet as Co-Founder. She is the principal designer behind the Warmth Index System 3.0.

Sylvia also leads the UGC 3.0 creative platform, translating complex 3D modeling and blockchain-based ownership verification into tools anyone can use.

Before joining Plushie Planet, Ella Chen had already made her name as head of design at an internationally renowned trend brand, where her work earned the Red Dot Design Award multiple times.

She joined Plushie Planet as a co-founder in 2021 with a clear conviction: design should not decorate the company’s strategy — it should be the strategy.

Ella personally created the first generation of the brand’s signature mascot series, and leads a team spanning China and France.
