The team dedicates itself to discovering emotional symbols that resonate with universal human experiences — the smell of bread from a childhood kitchen, the button that fell off a favorite coat, the fortune we secretly wish someone would tell us. Small things. Soft things. The things that make us us.
Because healing, it turns out, rarely arrives as a grand gesture. It arrives fluffy, palm-sized, and slightly round. ☁

Every dream needs a workshop, and ours hums quietly in Shenzhen, China. Cloud-Raising Planet serves as the Asian headquarters of the whole fluffy operation, undertaking over 80% of core functions — IP incubation, industrial design, and global distribution — all under one very busy, very happy roof.
This is where a sketch becomes a sculpt, a sculpt becomes a sample, and a sample — after a great deal of squeezing, squishing, and staring — becomes a friend. From here, finished Puffballs board planes to every corner of the world, each one carrying a tiny piece of Shenzhen's midnight lamplight in its stuffing.

STAR BABY underwent dozens and dozens of revisions before it ever met the world. The ears were too long, then too short, then just wrong, then — one Tuesday afternoon, nobody remembers exactly when — suddenly perfect. The eyes were repositioned by half a millimeter more times than anyone will admit.
Through it all, the team held on to one stubborn little philosophy: "perfection is not the starting point." You do not design vitality — you discover it, one curve at a time, through relentless, affectionate experimentation.
Which is why, when you finally hold one, it doesn't feel manufactured. It feels found. ♡

Our flagship blind box series, PUFFBALL — Big Dreams in Small Fluff, opens a door to the "Fluffy Nebula": a drifting cloud-country where lost feelings gather, curl up, and slowly grow into somebody. Every resident of the Nebula was once something we misplaced — a memory, a moment, a wish — now returned to us with a face, a dream, and a very huggable body. Meet three of its residents:

KEEPER OF MEMORIES FROM THE BAKERY
Bready smells faintly of morning toast, and nobody knows why. In the Fluffy Nebula, it runs a tiny bakery where the ovens bake not bread, but memories — the birthday cake from when you turned seven, the buns your grandmother queued for in winter, the toast someone once made you when you were too sad to cook.
When a memory starts to fade in the human world, Bready quietly re-bakes it and sets it on the windowsill to cool, so it will still be warm the day you need it again. Its round tummy, the team says, took eleven tries to get right — it had to be exactly the shape of "one more bite."

Stitchi
A TIME-MENDING TAILOR MOUSE
Small, meticulous, and always slightly covered in thread, Stitchi is the Nebula's tailor — but it does not mend clothes. It mends time. The afternoon you wish had lasted longer, the goodbye that ended too fast, the gap between "see you soon" and actually seeing them: Stitchi patches them all with silver thread, tiny stitch by tiny stitch.
Its workshop drawer holds a button from every era it has ever repaired, and it refuses to say which one is oldest. Collectors swear that if you hold Stitchi while missing someone, the missing hurts a little less — as if somewhere, a small seam has been quietly closed.

Wooly
A FORTUNE TELLER WHO WEAVES THE FUTURE
Wooly does not read the future — it knits it. In a tent at the misty edge of the Nebula, surrounded by balls of yarn in colors that do not exist yet, Wooly weaves tomorrow one row at a time. A dropped stitch here means a happy accident; a double loop there means you will laugh twice on Thursday.
It never tells anyone a bad fortune. Not because bad days don't come — but because Wooly believes every future is still on the needles, and there is always time to knit in a little more warmth before it's finished.
